The best confirmation of the product’s efficiency is the World Health Organization, which ordered 15,000 liters of Silver Sab for its needs in 2015.

The efficiency of antibacterial liquid, the non-toxicity of the product, as well as the safety of a Silver Sab, were examined by:

7. The efficacy of the product was confirmed also by the companies Fekunda and Microcos, Munich, Germany

8. The Innovation Center of Faculty of mechanical engineering, Belgrade

All the tested Gram (+) and Gram (-) bacteria, as well as fungi:

Salmonella enteritidis ATCC 13076; Salmonella typhimurium (ATCC 13311), Enterobacter cloacae (klinički izolat), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Proteus mirabillis (klinički izolat), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Enterococcus hirae (ATCC 10541), Klebsiellapneumoniae (ATCC 4352, 14028), Proteus hauseri (ATCC 13315), Escherichia coli (ATCC35210), Listeria monocytogenes (NCTC 7973), Micrococcus flavus (ATCC 10240), Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus versicolor, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus ochraceus, Penicillium funiculosum, Penicillium ochrochloron i Candida albicans (ATCC 10231),  and the complete range of viruses and bacteria between the above defined, are completely destroyed in the time interval from 5 to 30 minutes, even Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442), which is considered one of the hardest, most resilient bacteria, as well as very dangerous strains of Acinetobacter.
